Biography
Tulip Morningstar, a 1 year old half-cat-dragon human hybrid girl. Tulip is the daughter of Rose and Talia, being born in Neo Domino. Although she is still quite young, she has the potential to develop some of hwr mothers' powers and features. Like her mother, Rose, Tulip developed her own cat traits, having orange cat ears and a tail. Tulip is part fire dragon, her dragon attributes coming from both of her mothers, yet this has yet to develop within her. Tulip duels, using her Beautiful Wings of Virtue deck.
